The best park by far in the UK
We had an absolutely amazing day today with our grandson. The park is beautifully kept , there are so many things to do we just didn’t have time to do everything. The lavatories were spotless . Lunch was great .the staff were all friendly. I don’t write many reviews but had to for today. Well done to all the Paultons Park team for giving us such an amazing day . It’s worth everyone of the 5*

This place is just disgusting
This place is just disgusting! Firstly we booked to go to Paultons park because my child is a big peppa fan, we thought it was a good idea to take her as we read that they are disabled friendly. I have a disability where I cannot stand up or walk for only for a short while. Well they lied if you have a disability avoid this place fully. I really don’t recommend it. When we got there in the morning we were hoping to park in the disabled spaces but there were staff who rushed us and made us park so far it was at the other end of the park and when we asked them they said just park were busy so that’s one. Secondly we had to queue up to go into the park which already put me in a lot of pain and then once we were in we spoke to a young man (a very rude one) about what they can do as I was no longer able to stand up. His exact words were we are busy and there’s nothing we can do. Are you serious? I travelled nearly 3 hours to get there for you to tell me there is nothing you can do? So I tried to push through the pain to go on 1 ride before I was in tears, I had a very annoyed toddler with me and we have had to leave. THEY SPOILED OUR DAY! I came home and later that day I sent them an email and they said that they did have disabled queues and that it was my fault because I didn’t speak to management and that they can’t do anything so basically we took your money misinformed you upset you put you in all this pain but we’re not willing to help. No thank you NEVER AGAIN. I was expecting them to refund my money or offer us another day to visit the park with someone to help us but nothing! And as long as I’m breathing I’ll be telling people about this and definitely taking it further than this.

Brilliant day out, thank you
Excellent time here with two 7 year olds. Ride times were brilliant, all the rides were in service. Food was good (especially the Mexican!). The grounds were super clean and I didn't have to remortgage the house to buy the kids something in the gift shop. It was a 5 HR journey to get there for us but it was worth every minute Great day out, we hope to go back again in the summer.

Great day out
We have just returned to our hotel from our first time at the park we there was 7 of us taking five children four of them five and under so it was always going to be a hectic day to say the least but the park was amazingly well sign posted, lots of toilets which are a must with small children. Queues were no longer than 20 minutes at the most on the rides we was on . And the park was immaculate and the gardens were worth the visit alone . It took us five hours to get here due to bad traffic but was worth it would definitely come again maybe longer next time .
Thanks for a memorable day ?

Had a great day until my niece cut…
Had a great day until my niece cut herself on the park slide, we found our way to the only first aid spot in the park, only to find no one on hand, the door locked and staff very unhelpful in finding help. 3 other children were also waiting for help. Blood running down her leg we had to rush back to the car to find a first aid kit of our own. I would assume with that many people visiting the venue, at least 1 first aider should be available?

Honest I've never dealt with a company…
Honest I've never dealt with a company like this.
They have no customer standards. We found out my partner has fallen pregnant snd asked if any discount, as she cant go on any rides. Point blank no.

Then we find out that we have covid today before coming to Peppa Pig.

I contacted the customer service if we can move the tickets. Yes for £20 per day. Currently there are no restrictions in place and you can on freely mingle while having covid.

BUT I WONT AS NOT THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

This is meant to be Family orientated theme park It's such a shame that they are just a business.

The hotel are booked was completely understanding moved the dates and wavered the fee of a £119 for changing dates due to covid

Honest I would save my money and go elsewhere as the customer service here is absolutely diabolical and I refuse to ever go here again and I will always tell people how terrible the customer services are.

Next time I've just stick to Merlin and go to the events as they are much more flexible

New season passes are disgusting
New season passes are disgusting. If you look at the calendars, that is when the essential pass holders are allowed to go to the park. There are only a few days per month, and you can not go during any school holidays, bank holidays, and weekends. If you want to go, upgrade to a new premium pass, which is £250 per person per year. I used the annual pass in 2019-2020. When the pandemic hit, other attractions offered an extension of the membership period, while Paultons park emailed me saying: " You don' want a pandemic, we don't want either". As a business, that is utterly disgusting.

New season passes are a disgrace
We used to love going here, and have purchased season passes for our whole family 3 times in the past.
We were going to do the same this year, but just saw the new 2 tiered system. Offering an essential pass, which means you can't visit on weekends or holidays for £150. Or a premium pass, which means you can visit anytime for £250.
The essential pass is pointless, as I don't know many parents that regularly take their kids to paultons on weekdays. They've also taken away the reduction in food from the essential pass!
It's disappointing that Paultons have come up with this extortionate, unfair pricing system. I find them pretty unethical as a company, not offering any reduction in price for carers of disabled kids either.
We won't be coming back.

Amazing Day!
I’m not a reviewing person but this place deserves one! What a great day out we had with our 2 children. The park and grounds were really well maintained and really tidy. Many toilet facilities all with baby care rooms with multiple changing stations and a microwave to warm bottles (this made our day so much easier), the park is well laid out, easy to navigate and well sign posted. Loved seeing so many rubbish bins and benches throughout the park. Even the little things like the coin operated rides around the park are free which was a nice surprise. All the staff were friendly, chatty and helpful. The food was a bit pricey but only what you would expect for a theme park! All in all we had a wonderful day and will 100% be returning!

The rides are good
The rides are good, Ques are very long. The staff is friendly. Park is clean. Toilets need more attention on a crowded day. The Wild Forrest Restaurante at the entrance is serving a £13 Burger on an extremely dirty and rusty tray which is so disgusting. It spoilt the whole day. And the young lads at the till do not want to replace it saying it's against policy to return food. Should have got a burger further in the park where you get a meal deal for £9 Drinks are £2.40 for a tiny bottle.

Season tickets 'sold out' but tickets available to paying guests?!
I bought and paid for a season ticket but when I go to book entry to the park it says that season ticket allocation is sold out. I can book and pay for another ticket for the same day for £45.50.

It's very frustrating that a loyal customer who spends a small fortune on a season pass cannot get a ticket but there are tickets available for non-season ticket holders.

Basically a greedy approach, making as much money as possible.

With this on top of the huge increase for renewing the season ticket I won't be renewing.

Id just like to say how much I enjoyed…
Id just like to say how much I enjoyed the park. The decor, theme (halloween), cleanliness, amenities, staff, basically everything was done to a pristine standard. All the gardens were well kept, the animals had spacious amenities and looked healthy. The rides were versatile and the duration on each was great apart from The Velociraptor which I feel could have gone twice, however with there being hardly any queues it didn't really matter that much but i guess it would have if I'd have had to queue for 20 minutes or more on that one. My daughter loved Pepper Pig World which was the busiest section with the longest queues but they still moved quite quickly. I loved the feel on the Lost Kingdom where it literally felt like you stepped back in time and were walking with dinosaurs. The different types of food available all over the park was great with plenty of vegan/veggie options. I'd like to see one other point inside the park where people can put cash onto a gift card instead of only at the front desk. I purposely drew out cash for the visit and didn't have money on my card so having to walk all the way back to the front again after being told when I was inside was a little off putting. Plenty of toilets with walking distance and lots of playgrounds which were for all different ages. Overall I have to say that your park is one of the best theme parks I have been to in a long time, keep up the good work :)

Honestly, absolutely blown away by an amazing experience.
Im not a huge review person, but on this occasion I feel they deserve it. Absolutely astounded by our day at Paulton Park. Firstly, on arriving we straight away noticed how clean the park was. At first we thought it was because they hadn't long opened, but honestly it just never got messy. All day we saw litter pickers, staff cleaning the surfaces of everything regularly and toilets (especially for a busy theme park) were kept extremely clean throughout the whole day. A* for cleanliness. We went on a week day but even though it was fairly busy, the queues were very short and the longest we waited was around 10 minutes which was to meet Peppa Pig and George for a photo. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. I actually lost my bank card half way through the day, I asked at a nearby photo booth if they had one handed in where she took my name and called the information desk where nothing had been handed in. She said to check on the way out, which I did and it had been handed in - definatley restored my faith in people! The lady explained that most lost phones/cards/wallets that are lost do get handed in which is great to hear. I actually was stood in the gift shop after this before we left when the original staff member I had spoke to came and found me to check that I had retrieved it, this in itself was really nice of her to come and find me to let me know. The Halloween displays and to be honest just all the displays in general were absolutely exceptional, you could tell a lot of thought and care had gone into it with no expense spared. The park itself was very spacious. I can't really comment on the variety of rides as we went for little ones birthday so mainly stayed in the peppa pig section, but the T Rex meet and greet was brilliant. Parking was free with your tickets which is something not all theme parks offer. The kids parks were way above the usual standard, some really great park equipment and again all very clean. Food was a bit pricey but always is and is to be expected from all theme parks alike. It really was a great day out for all the family, I would highly recommend going there for the day and I would definitely come back! Thank you to all the staff and well done for running such a tight ship! A****
